Aqua Circuit – Lunchtime

Aqua Circuit: A workout incorporating varied stations in the water to achieve an all body workout. Includes a variety of exercises using water resistance to work the core muscles.

Our aqua aerobic classes are perfect for adults of all fitness levels. Our aqua aerobics programs are created and delivered by our skilled and passionate aqua aerobics instructors. With graded pool depths and warm water, you’ll always be comfortable in our aqua aerobics class, while enjoying a social, water workout.
